When I order one of your system, when and how will I get invoices?
We issue invoices electronically. The link to the first invoice for installation processes, will be sent to you right after we receive payment confirmation from our bank. Next invoices for subscription and additional services will be issued the first day of each month, with a 14-day due date.
The invoice will be prepared according to the information in the administration panel of your system. You can change this information at any time.
It is possible to pay for a 12 months of subscription ahead. Depending on the length of the prepaid period, you will receive a proper price discount.
I've bought some more internet domains. Can I assign them to my system?
iGabinet can have unlimited number of internet domains assigned to it. If in some later time You purchase some new domains in order to assign them to Your system, this service is completely free of charge!
Naturally, a single internet domain can point to only one user front-end system, so if Your system manages more than one clinic, then each of them must have its own internet domain.
